Biography of Aviation

What happens when two people from Pembroke, Ontario both have a passion for music and a love for guitars? A rock and roll band happens, and that’s exactly what Jacob Cancade and Dylan Liedtke have formed. With drummer Alex Adams, this band intends to show you rock n roll from a whole new perspective. With a twist of their own to the classics, Aviation will take you high!

Formed in 2009, the band is fairly new at performing, but that won’t stop them from gaining new experiences and putting on a killer performance. They put their hearts into every show.

So far, their number one fans are their mothers and little brother’s, but one by one they are determined to take over Pembroke, Ontario one person at a time. Jake Cancade comes at you with guitar solos like you wouldn’t believe, showing his stuff on the legendary Les Paul, while Alex whips out the beat of the drums and Dylan plays a Fire Bird guitar and handles the lead vocals and rhythm.

Recently joined are musicians Rob “Patty” Paterson who shreds the bass and Nathan Thompson with a bluesy guitar style. So for a bunch of Fellowes High School, 16 year old students, they are not bad at all.

Any classic rock and roll band is what gets them inspired and it shows through their music. We are Aviation and we have one thing to say, ladies and gentlemen, prepare for takeoff.
